I’m back with another weekly meal plan for you guys. How did you do last week? Did you stick to your plan? I have to admit, we did not. There were 2 days that we had something different than planned. One night was because I forgot to thaw meat out the night before, and another was because I forgot to buy noodles! I guess even if you have a meal plan, you still have to make sure you plan ahead 🙂
So this is what we are eating this week:
Smoothies (I have mixed berry, and banana strawberry mango planned)
Granola cereal in milk
Yogurt, fruit and granola
Whole wheat toast and Peanut butter
Monday- White Chicken and Herb Pizza, salad
Tuesday- Slow Cooker Chilli
Wednesday- Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, cottage cheese, green beans
Thursday- Noodles and Vegetables in Peanut Sauce (was on last week’s menu but I didn’t buy noodles)
Saturday- Dinner Out-Veronica is coming to town!
Sunday- Hamburgers on the grill, oven fries, salad
