Sometimes settling back into a routine after vacation makes you want to take another vacation. A vacation after vacation.
My husband and I ate (and drank) way too many calories. Even though there was a 2 mile hike to and from the beach to our room (uphill from the beach), I’m sure we still didn’t burn off what we consumed.
Now that we are back and settling into our daily and weekly routine again, we decided to keep our meals plan light and healthy-ish.
Monday–Chicken quesadillas with fresh guacamole
Tuesday– Spaghetti, salad
Thursday– Grilled chicken salad
Friday– One Pot beans chicken and rice
Sunday–Grilled steaks, baked potato, steamed veggies
