Happy Labor Day! I hope everyone is enjoying their extra day off (for those that get one). It’s a normal day around here for me and for my husband. I am normally off work on Monday’s as it is, and he is going in to work like normal.
We did at least get to enjoy ourselves yesterday, attending San Antonio’s first ever Renaissance on the River. Neither of us have ever attended such an event, and were pleasantly surprised how much fun we had!
Anyway, for our meal plan this week, I’m keeping it pretty simple. On Sunday, we will be driving to the beach for spend the day and night so there is no meal planned for that day. Pizza nights have also become a staple in our house on Fridays or Saturdays. We like to use the pre-made thin crust pizzas and top with whatever we have around.
What’s on your menu this week?
Monday– Beef Fajitas (we ended up not eating this from last week)
Tuesday– Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, green beans, cottage cheese
Wednesday– Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread
Thursday– Crock Pot Italian Beef
Saturday– Homemade Pizza
