Happy Monday! I have to apologize for not posting my weekly meal plan last week, because apparently I forgot to hit publish on the post. It was all written and ready to go and then I blanked apparently.
Oh well, I’m human right? But I do have this week’s meal plan all ready to go and this time it will be published!
So what’s on your menu this week?
- Monday– Black bean burgers, salad
- Tuesday– Burrito bowls
- Wednesday– Veggie fried rice
- Thursday– Tacos, chips and salsa
- Friday– leftovers
- Saturday– Cajun shrimp pasta, garlic bread, salad
- Sunday– Grilled salmon, baked potato and asparagus
